ONLINE SHIPPING
Online orders received after 12 pm on Saturday will be mailed out the following Monday morning. If you know that package piracy is an issue in your neighborhood, then please select the “Signature Confirmation” shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot replace “stolen packages.”
LOCAL PICK-UP
Clients may always “pick-up” orders from our brick-and-mortar, during regular walk-in hours. If you need to “pick-up” outside of regular walk-in hours, then please contact us at info@lapet-isserie.com. We will try our best to honor these requests, though we cannot guarantee it. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LOCAL CURBSIDE DELIVERY
If you have selected “local curbside delivery” at check-out, then a team member will contact you (by your preferred contact method) within 24 hours to make those arrangements. To see if this option is available in your town, check this list.
Means of acceptance that qualify as “local CURBSIDE delivery” include: (1) meeting the client curbside, in front of their building entrance; (2) dropping the package off with a doorman; (3) leaving the package in an easily accessible package room.Curbside delivery does NOT mean “door-to-door” service.
If local curbside delivery has been scheduled, and delivery is unable to be completed because the client is unreachable at the designated time and place, then the client must pay any necessary shipping fees OR a $10 “re-delivery” fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund or exchange on your FIRST purchase of any bakery products, no questions asked. However, we DO need a receipt or order number in order to process any refunds or exchanges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with refunds and exchanges.(Stopping in our brick-and-mortar, or at one of “doggy food truck” events, are a couple “free” alternatives though!) Furthermore, we reserve “the right to refuse,” if we feel that this privilege is being abused in a particular case.
