Service Policies

DOG ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Dog eligibility for our dog services is determined on a case-by-case basis. An “intake” call and an in-person “meet-and-greet” are both generally required before we will agree to take on any new client.

INTAKE” CALLS

The $30.00 flat, “consultation” fee is intended to cover an “intake” call that lasts about 1 hour. The first 30 minutes are reserved for a set questionnaire (designed to help our expert staff better understand and diagnose your service needs); and then another 30 minutes to answer all of the pet parents’ remaining questions.

As a courtesy, we apply this one-time $30.00 fee to the price of future services booked, by way of a “deposit.” If no further service is booked, then the $30.00 remains as a non-refundable, flat, “consultation” fee, intended to cover the initial 1-hour “intake” call.

SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS

We require a 20% deposit to guarantee any service bookings, all subject to a 2-week cancellation policy (after which the deposit is no longer refundable).

PAYING FOR SERVICES

Payments for recurring appointments (like daily walks or weekly training) must be received in full, 24-hours prior to the service appointment time.

Payments for ad hoc services (like boarding or private training sessions) are due within 1 week of the invoice date.

TOLLS/PARKING/REMOTE LOCATIONS

We reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover tolls and additional fuel costs for remote locations, outside our local service area.

We also reserve the right to add the cost of a private parking facility, should it not prove possible to find public or metered street parking within 30 minutes of looking for a spot upon arrival at the client’s designated location.
